With over 14 years of experience in healthcare, mental health, and addiction support, Mallery is well-equipped to handle issues like anxiety, depression, grief, and addiction. Her extensive background in emergency crisis intervention and working with public safety personnel, including police, fire, and EMS, highlights her deep understanding of the challenges faced by first responders including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Victim Services and NIHB
Please note that if you have been approved by Victim Services, when booking your appointment please select a ‘Victim Services’ appointment type. Your Victim services number is needed.
Direct billing for Victim Services and NIHB is available. Please ensure you have all the required information to provide at you appointment.
A Safe and Healing Space
At Serenity and Soul Healing Therapy, we strive to provide a unique space for our clients. We believe that providing an inclusive and safe environment is a huge part of the healing process.
We are located in the heart of Regina, SK at 2330 15th Avenue on the 3rd floor. Please note that for evening and weekend appointments, the front doors to the building may be locked. If this is the case, please email mallery@serenityandsoulhealing.com that you have arrived, and your counsellor will come and meet you at the front door when your session is ready to begin.
